Darshna Siva aims to help live a more healthy and balanced life by teaching more awareness around the patterns and programs that create illness, stress, addictive behaviours and general imbalance. Life is always throwing challenges at us what we tend to forget is we have choices on how we think, feel and operate within these challenges. Having worked with clients for over 12yrs, in both a group environment as well as one to one, from Corporates to individuals there is a consistent theme that follows us around health and well being. That is how we realte emotionally to all the experiences we have, emotional education doesn't really exist in modern day society it is with this in mind Darshna opens the possibility of understanding how much our emotions impact us.

Darshna has a very intuitive nature and works with her clients by being able to literally read the energy they exude and their body language. Her aim is to teach tools that can be used any time any place to keep you feeling empowered and well.



Yoga has taken off around the world with a huge following of millions it has even been designated a special day in the calendar's around the world. What is all the fuss about? In the right practice of yoga there can be so many benefits on so many levels that there is not enough space to list them all, it can help with just getting fit and getting to know your body better on a superficial level to a total awareness of mind, body and being in a true yogic level. It is more a philosophy that can teach practices off the mat as well as on the mat.

Creating a better and holistic consciousness is essential in our hectic and over stimulated lives, bringing deeper understanding of how we breathe and think allows us to be more proactive in life's choices and learning to disengage from the busy mind is the jewel in the crown of yoga.

Yoga Group Classes:

Group yoga classes are based on a very organic practice based on the energy of the people in the class. The practice stems from Hatha a traditional practice to broaden the knowledge of the body, mind and breath, the practice is centered around the foundation of self enquiry to get to know from the inside out your body, its capabilities and it's needs.

A breath centered approach to the practice allows a deeper connection and greater ability to still and fluctuations of the busy mind. Further deepening our internal awareness and understanding, taking this one step deeper we explore different types of relaxation and meditation, which is the ultimate path of yoga.

The classes are orientated at getting a good foundation of understand your postural alignment, your gross and subtle bodies and deepening your awareness of your breath and understanding of how this can help calm the mind.

One to One Yoga:

A space to build on a personal practice specifically designed around you and your needs, there is more space for more detailed approach and information and time to work with specific postures designed to benefit your body to the maximum.

Within one to one sessions we can work deeper with specific issues the body might be presenting, as well as deepen your knowledge of what is happening and how you can modify your posture and the things you do to limit the symptoms.

One off session $120 includes a home practice worksheet with a suggested reassessment within 2 or 4 weeks depending on the initial consultation.

Women's Only Classes

Designed to meet the needs of our feminine bodies these classes are tailored to help us regain our inner strength, reconnect at a deeper and holistic level to our bodies and find the spaces and gaps in time to tune in to our inner body wisdom.

Yoga Therapy:

Traditionally used in India, Yoga Therapy is fast becoming recognized here in the west as a therapeutic tool with long lasting results for a number of modern day problems ranging from the physical to the emotional and mental.

It is an effective treatment for musculo skeletal imbalances and injuries, a balancer for nervous system disfunction's and disorders, a great regulator for digestive disorders and an all encompassing holistic maintenance tool.

Yoga Therapy concentrates on balancing the mind, body and breath with a huge focus on bringing awareness to our breathing patterns from where we can switch the mind and body into more relaxed states of being thus allowing the nervous system to reset to the parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn allows deep states of healing to occur in the body.

A wide range of techniques are employed from postural alignment, breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation. Regular practice will develop clarity in the mind, strength in the body and balance in life. Helping in dealing with the modern day overwhelm of over stimulation, stress and restricted or extreme movement.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei means ‘Wisdom or Higher Power and Ki means ‘Life force energy’ which equals to a spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a technique that helps to relieve stress and promote relaxation thus promoting healing to occur on a subconscious level. A treatment can be hands off, meaning that the practitioner doesn’t physically touch the body but the hands hover over the energy centres and areas of the body requiring healing, or it can be that the practitioner places their hands on key energy centres, both activate these energy centres and remove blockages that might be manifesting as physical or emotional imbalances. A session of Reiki can leave you feeling calm and relaxed as well as promote healing to take place on all levels of the mind, body and spirit.


Wholesome Health

This is a packaged offering where we combine a number of therapies such as yoga, breathing, meditation, energy healing and intuitive bodywork, to name a few to bring about better results, lasting health and better habits. After an initial consult we discuss what areas in the mind, body and life you are looking to improve and from that point we move forward as to what therapy to use first and proceed from there. The aim is to bring a better awareness to how you move and treat your body, particularly in times of stress, how this has an impact emotionally, mentally and physically and what choices you have to change the impact and result.

The first consult can be between 1.5hrs to 2hrs, there after the sessions are usually 1hr to 1.5hrs long.
